The Company had at an Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company held on 25 July 2003 obtained the mandate of its shareholders to enter into recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature with related parties on the terms set out in the Circular to Shareholders dated 10 July 2003. This mandate will expire at the conclusion of the forthcoming AGM of the Company.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to seek the shareholders' approval on:
(a) Proposed Renewal of the Existing Shareholders' mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature; and
(b) Proposed Shareholders' Mandate for New Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trdaing Nature
at the forthcoming AGM to be convened. The Circular to Shareholders containing information on the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate and Proposed Shareholders' Mandate will be despatched together with the Annual Report 2003 to the shareholders in due course. |
