We are pleased to announce that on 28 March 2005, AmMerchant Bank Berhad (a member of the AmInvestment Group), on behalf of Kia Lim Berhad (“Kia Lim”), had applied to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) to seek their approval for a further extension of time from 28 April 2005 up to 31 December 2005 for Kia Lim to comply with paragraphs 3.04 and 8.16A of the Bursa Securities’ Listing Requirements pertaining to minimum issued and paid-up capital requirements as a continuous listing obligation.
