AmMerchant Bank Berhad (a member of AmInvestment Group), on behalf of the Board of Directors of Kia Lim, wishes to announce that the Securities Commission (“SC”) has, vide their letter dated 16 August 2005 (received on 17 August 2005) approved the Company’s application for an extension of time of six (6) months from 16 August 2005 to 15 February 2006, to complete the Proposals.
