On behalf of Kia Lim, AmMerchant Bank Berhad ("AmMerchant Bank") is pleased to announce that the Board had, on 21 November 2005, resolved to fix the issue price of the Rights Shares at RM1.00 per Rights Share and the exercise price of the Warrants at RM1.00 per Warrant, which were based on the par value of the Kia Lim Shares.
