We refer to the announcement made by the Company on 8 May 2006 in respect of amendments to the Bursa Securities Listing Requirements on PN 17.

The Board of Directors wishes to announce that on 10 May 2006, the Company received a letter from Bursa Securities on its decision in allowing the Company's application to avail itself of the transitional provision as stipulated and not classify KIA LIM as an Affected Listed Issuer under paragraph 2.1 (a) of the Amended PN 17.
