The Board of Directors of KLB wishes to announce that the Company has complied with the level of public shareholding spread as prescribed under Paragraph 8.15(1) of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The percentage of the level of public shareholding spread of KLB as at 30 June 2006 is 27.625% in the hands of 1,942 public shareholders holding not less than 100 shares each.
