The Board of Directors of KLB wishes to announce that pursuant to the terms and conditions stipulated in the deed poll dated 28 November 2005 constituting the warrants 2006/2016 (“Warrants”), the exercise rights of the Warrants will expire at 5.00 p.m. on Friday, 5 February 2016 (“Expiry Date”).
Warrant holders should note that all outstanding Warrants which are not exercised by 5.00 p.m. on the Expiry Date will lapse and become null and void and cease to be exercisable thereafter.
Accordingly, the Warrants will be removed from the official list of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 10 February 2016.

The summary of the said Notice, which will be advertised in a local daily newspaper on 14 January 2016 is attached for your information.
