Pursuant to Paragraph 14.08 of the Main Market Listing Requirement, Kia Lim Berhad ("KLB") is now in the closed period for dealing in its securities by its directors pending the announcement of its results for the first quarter ended 31 March 2021.
The Company has today received a notification from Datuk Ng Yeng Keng @ Ng Ka Hiat, a director of KLB of his intention to deal in the securities of the Company during the closed period.
