The Board of Directors of Kia Lim Berhad is pleased to announce that all resolutions as set out in the Notice of 19th Annual General Meeting of the Company dated 29 April 2014 and tabled at the said meeting, held today had been duly passed. Resolution no. 10 was conducted by polling.
The Resolution no. 10 was voted on a poll at the 19th Annual General Meeting of the Company and were carried based on the attached results from the Poll Administrator, Sysmphony Corporatehouse Sdn. Bhd. and the Scrutineers, Ernst & Young.
